My first range of Greeting Cards!

As I am completely obsessed with all things pattern and stationery related, my dream is to one day be a full-time surface designer specialising in stationery. I am inspired by people like Rob Ryan and Cath Kidston who have managed to transfer their trademark patterns and styles to all areas of surface design. I have a boxes upon boxes of beautiful notecards and lovely paper and think that there is nothing more wonderful than getting post!

I have just finished my new range of greeting cards, which come in three designs. I didn't realise how much work goes into making cards- the designs, the sourcing materials, organisation and so on. It's been a great learning curve!

Here are the beauties when they arrived from the printers...

I couldn't contain my excitement :)! Although the cards are sold individually, I just finished packaging up this order for an interiors website, where they will be sold in packs of 6. I wanted to make the packaging original and a bit different so tied them up with thread.

I'm sure the designs and packaging will both develop in time but I'm having so much fun at every step of the way at the moment!
